Cathy is your "meat and potatos" cook or you can bring your own licenced caterer and chef. Pre-Book your meal for your group of 6 to 63.
Buffett or custom: coffee break, breakfast, lunch or supper.

The Eagle's Nest Bar & Grill can be reserved for any special occasion.
Mink Mountain Resorts main floor has a maximum capacity of 63 plus staff, and additional capacity on the two large decks. Comfortable capacity inside the main lodge is 50 persons. Main Lodge accomodations include a 2 king bed with kitchenette unit and 3 king bed separate units. These 4 units come with your overnight lodge rental. Additionally, 20 beds are available in or 6 cottages.
